Delete your Racing Eagles account

You can delete your Racing Eagles account and its data at any time.

In the app

• iPhone: Account → Your profile → Delete my account.
• Android: Account → Profile → Delete account and its data.

Without the app

Email contact@racingeagles.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my Racing Eagles account". We first confirm that the request comes from the account holder — we never ask for your password — then reply as soon as we can, and confirm by email when your account has been deleted. If you use Sign in with Apple with a hidden email address, write from any address and we will confirm through Apple's relay. If your account was created with Sign in with Apple, we cannot ask Apple to revoke the app's authorisation when you delete by email; you can remove Racing Eagles yourself in your Apple Account settings, under Sign in with Apple.

What is deleted

Your account and your record: your flights and the changes you made, your profile, identified flights, your live-updates choice and any flight status, mailbox connections with their questions and bookings, Flight reports and your Rankings row.

What is kept, and for how long

• A few records that no longer contain your name, your email address or your profile are kept without a time limit, so that a deleted account cannot come back and a device key or a recognised flight cannot be used or counted twice. The privacy policy lists each of them and why.
• Google, which runs our sign-in service, may take up to 180 days to remove your sign-in details from its live and backup systems after we ask.
• Our service logs are deleted after 30 days.

Deleting your account does not remove you from a TestFlight or Google Play test. You can leave a test in TestFlight or Google Play at any time.
